We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that your received it and in the original packaging or packaging of a similar protective grade. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take care in packing your order. It your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue. They may require photos and the original packaging to process a claim.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a searate purchase for the new item. Please note that due to the individuality of much of our inventory, an exact replacement is not always available.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment mehtod within 10 business days. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
